Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.

Any email or attachment sent to us will not be encrypted and we therefore do not accept any liability if emails sent by you are compromised (including, but not limited, to their security or confidentiality). We do not, to the extent permitted by law, accept any liability as set out in Clause 10 above for any external compromise of any security and/or confidentiality in relation to transmissions sent by email.

The Romanian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by Romanian law. This product is not intended to be used for religious purposes. It is a work of artistic expression and political and social commentary promoting the modernity and dynamism of persons involved in the Orthodox Church.

» 21. Return policy

Returning or exchanging items bought online

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t, we will give you an online store credit after we receive back your previous order.

Returns are possible within 30 days after purchase.

Returned products are checked by our logistics department upon receipt in the warehouse.If they are not damaged your request for credit will be processed.

Prepare your package

  1. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible;
  2. Include your completed invoice and proof of payment (no online credit can be issue without it);

What happens next?

We will contact you and establish your next order up to the equivalent of your online credit. Please note that we do not refund the cost of the returned merchandise. We will send you an email to confirm that the returned merchandise has arrived.

» 22. Pre-orders

You can pre-order items from the online store prior to their public release date. Pre-ordered items will be delivered when they become available. Items available for pre-order are indicated by a specific tag mentioning an approximate expected release date. When the pre-order item becomes available, you will receive an email notification that will let you know when the delivery has been made. You may also receive one or more emails if there are any changes to the status of your pre-order.

» 23. Delivery

After validation of your payment order by our online payment partners NETOPIA / MobilPay or PayPal we will proceed to prepare your order and ship it.

Delivery charges and preparation vary according to weight, volume and your geographic zone.

You can view the delivery charges that apply to your order before your online payment.

An average of 7 to 21 working days is usually required between the time you place an order and when you receive your package.

Despite our best efforts, packages occasionally do get lost, due to delivery problems. We are not responsible for delays or damage to your package once we no longer have possession..
